El Corazón has a big job - he (or she!) is in charge of everything inside and out! We are always told to follow our heart: Listen to your innermost desires, passions, and intuition and use them as a guide in making life decisions. Your heart works in harmony with your gut. Trust your instincts, even if they may not always align with logical reasoning or societal expectations.

When you honor your heart, you prioritize your authentic self and what truly brings you joy and fulfillment. It requires courage, as it often involves taking risks and stepping outside of your comfort zone. Be open to change and embrace the journey of self-discovery and self-growth.

However, following your heart does not mean disregarding all reason or responsibility! It’s about finding a balance between your emotions and logic. Allow your heart's desires to inform your decisions while considering practical aspects and potential consequences.

And of course, take care of your heart in a physical sense. Have it checked regularly and treat it well. Place your hand over it and tell it ‘gracias.’ Take some down time to sit and feel it beating, appreciate all it does to keep you living this big and meaningful and beautiful life.
