This style I painted is inspired by the beautiful black pottery from Oaxaca. I used a variety of glazing and firing techniques to achieve the look and love how they turned out! The background is a metal-matte texture and the painted accents and features are glossy.
This mug is hand painted by me (Kathy, The Crafty Chica), and it is painted inside and out.
Fired in my kiln, signed on the bottom.
