It's back for the third year - Crafty Navidad Online Craft Retreat!

Classes are via Zoom, you do not have to be present, you will receive the links, so you can watch all of the classes on your own time!

Saturday, December 10, 2022 - 6-9 pm.

Sunday, December 11, 2022 - 11 am-5 p.m

This is a two-day event that is all about non-stop crafting for the holiday season.

We will start on Saturday, December 10th (my birthday!!) and continue all day on Sunday.

As always, we will have a Zoom recording link so you can rewatch or complete the workshops at your leisure.

NOTE: I've reduced the spots by half. We are doing 50 students this year, it's best to sign up sooner than later!

1. Corn Husk Wreath

This is a project from one of my first books, La Casa Loca! The hanging centerpiece will be a bit different, otherwise it will look like this! Measures 10".

2. El Arbol Canvas Painting 

This is an 8x10 canvas painting class where I'll guide you through this super cute Talavera-inspired Christmas tree!

3. Virgin of Guadalupe Standing Shrine

This is a laser cut wood design of the Virgin of Guadalupe that will set atop a wood platform and embellished with glitter, gems, papers and more. This piece is layered, it's hard to tell from the picture!

Trimmed in crepe paper. Measures 7" tall.

4. Holiday Picture Ornaments

We will create a beautiful mixed media and hand painted ornament set.

5. Holiday Gift Card Book

We will construct a hardback book with binding where the pages are pockets to hold gift cards, bills, notes or whatever else you can fit in there! Measures 4x6." 

6. Decoupage Holiday Earrings

We will paint a set of beautiful holiday earrings.

Each project is packaged as a kit with all the supplies needed for these workshops. 

WHAT YOU NEED: Internet, this retreat is all online. Scissors (required), favorite  paintbrushes and paints (optional), hot glue gun (optional) - and whatever personal embellishments you want to use.

SURPRISE PROJECT: This one will be revealed at the time of the retreat, Santa said to keep it a secret until then, we have to build the excitement!

Retreat Packet: You’ll receive a full-color PDF of all the projects, pictures and steps! This will be via a link and housed on my Google drive and I will be updating it as we go. You can always refer back to it for retreat updates, links, resources and info.
